I highly recommend trying lifestance. Especially if youare waiting for psychiatry or behavioral/mental health appointments. I was constantly in and out of gundersen with the same symptoms, always leaving feeling unheard and still feeling the same. I looked into telemed because I been waiting weeks for mental health to even Call me for an appointment schedule. I got an appointment NEXT DAY with a mental health NP. I finally was prescribed a medication that actually helps me. If youre struggling like I was and not taken seriously where you are, leave, try another provider. Dr. Borden is fantastic. Cannot recommend him more highly. His knowledge and kindness shows. You can tell he cares about his patients. As a former patient, whose son is now starting therapy with him, I can say we are very happy with the choice to see Chris. Anyone with children also struggling with ADHD, depression, mood disorder, I would recommend Dr. Borden. He has a way of getting through to people that I haven't found in many other therapists.

Facilities are outstanding but, even more so, Chris Borden is outstanding. His ability to truly absorb each word and emotion and struggle and convey it back to me in a way that makes sense and can be converted into an activity or tool or coping mechanism to use in real life situations has literally saved my life. I’ve been with him for more than 3 years now and will stick with him for as long as he is around!

My entire experience at Lifestance has been wonderful. Licensed therapist, Kristi Sook, has the perfect balance of expertise, compassion, wisdom, and professionalism. Her certifications allow her to provide a wide range of therapies including EMDR. Under her guidance, using tools and training, I have attained the knowledge and skills essential for my healing continued good mental health.
