About Thomasina Jenkins (She/Her)
Thomasina Jenkins, LCSW, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and seniors across Wisconsin. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, grief, and life transitions with a calm, supportive presence, empowering them to develop resilience and regain a sense of emotional balance.
Thomasina specializes in trauma, substance use disorder, and perinatal mental health, as well as midlife and later-life changes. She also supports employee wellness, and Christian counseling.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing is a collaborative process that is inclusive of the values, backgrounds, and strengths of each individual. Utilizing modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Christian Counseling, Thomasina offers practical tools and insight that helps clients move forward with purpose.
Outside of LifeStance Health, Thomasina enjoys time with family and friends, reading, listening to music, and watching great movies.
