Melinda graduated from Bethel University with her Masters in Community Counseling. Currently she is working towards Licensure for LPCC. Melinda has worked for Family Innovations/Lifestance Health Since July of 2019. Melinda is a Community-Based Therapist and enjoys working in schools and homes. Melinda feels that the best part about meeting with clients in their homes is that it’s like traveling around the world and she loves learning more about different cultures, ethnicities and faith values when working with individuals and their families. Melinda is able to adapt well in non- English speaking homes too-. Melinda is able to work with Toddlers, Elementary age children, Pre-teen, Teens and Young Adults. Melinda’s area of expertise is with grief, depression, childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, post traumatic stress disorder and with individual’s who are searching for their gender identity.
