About Sanaz Niksefat (She/Her)
Sanaz Niksefat, PMHNP-BC, is committed to helping adults across California find stability, clarity, and a path forward. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults navigating conditions such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, while also supporting individuals facing ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. Her approach combines thoughtful assessment, medication management, and therapeutic strategies tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances. She also has experience working with specialized populations, including first responders, military veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. In addition to English, Sanaz speaks Farsi and Persian, allowing her to connect with and support individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. She earned her education through Purdue University Global, Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, and California State University, Los Angeles, bringing a strong clinical foundation to her work as a prescriber. Outside of her professional role, Sanaz enjoys swimming, painting, jogging, cooking, reading research articles, and relaxing with a good movie.
