My therapist and psychiatrist have been excellent, and your billing staff has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had an issue. That said, the pre-check-in portal has been pretty frustrating. The links often don’t work if I check in too early, and on occasion I’ve even been charged twice. I’ve noticed it seems to work best if I complete the questionnaire about 15 minutes before my appointment.

It was my initial appointment. They were able to get me in promptly. Listened to my concerns. Reviewed my history and meds. Offered suggestions and made a follow up appointment with in roughly a week. Will hopefully get a therapist referral asap. Thank you!
