I give them five stars because they deserve five stars, the only downfall Is that the website sometimes gets confusing, they use to have a different platform that they used, which I loved so much more, much more simple. I am always able to get on and do what I need to do, but as computer savvy as I am, it is not always easy to navigate. My therapist and psychiatrist have been excellent, and your billing staff has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had an issue. That said, the pre-check-in portal has been pretty frustrating. The links often don’t work if I check in too early, and on occasion I’ve even been charged twice. I’ve noticed it seems to work best if I complete the questionnaire about 15 minutes before my appointment.
