Everyone faces difficulties, which can range from traumatic losses to everyday stressors. My aim is to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can cultivate self-awareness, experience personal growth and healthy psychological development to ultimately achieve a healthier and more balanced emotional and behavioral response to life stressors. I use a client-centered, empathetic, non-judgmental approach to treat emotional difficulties and interpersonal issues. My approach is grounded in my eclectic training with a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and family therapy.

I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and earned my graduate degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and young adults and specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss and grief, trauma, interpersonal stressors, and social and emotional problems. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through their experiences to identify and address core issues and gain an understanding to why we do what we do in the present in order to let go of the familiar but dysfunctional way of coping with life events and work towards creating more healthy and adaptive responses.
