About Elizabeth Kuchakhchian (She/Her)
Elizabeth Kuchakhchian, LMFT, helps teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical insight, and a collaborative approach to healing. As a Marriage & Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients throughout California who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Elizabeth creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools to improve their overall well-being. Her approach emphasizes meeting each person where they are while helping them move forward at a pace that feels manageable and empowering. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and CBT for insomnia, Elizabeth tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. She has experience helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also offering support for concerns related to gender identity, grief, life transitions, substance use challenges, and other mental health needs. In addition, she works with populations including LGBTQ+ individuals, military service members and veterans, and first responders. Outside of her professional work, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and listening to music.
