Mitaliben Gor, PMHNP, helps individuals across the lifespan throughout California achieve improved mental wellness through thoughtful, individualized psychiatric medication management. As a Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health, she works collaboratively with patients and families to understand their unique experiences, develop effective treatment plans, and create lasting strategies for emotional and behavioral health. Mitaliben has experience supporting patients with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also treating a broad range of additional mental health conditions. Her treatment philosophy combines evidence-based medication management with practical tools that support long-term wellness. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and parenting-focused strategies, Mitaliben encourages active participation in treatment and empowers patients and families to build healthy coping skills. She is experienced in caring for members of the LGBTQ+ community and provides affirming, patient-centered care tailored to everyone’s needs. Mitaliben earned her education from Southwestern Oregon Community College and George Washington University. Outside of her clinical work, Mitaliben values maintaining a healthy work-life integration that supports both personal well-being and professional effectiveness. She enjoys exploring different cultures through travel, listening to music, and engaging in wellness practices that promote balance and resilience. She also treasures spending meaningful time with her family.
