Overall a great place to receive therapy. Their cancelation protocol/fees are a little steep - $150 if less than 48 hour notice. Sometimes you can work around it with your individual provider. The patient portal is good for making your own appointments. The wait time on phone calls to main line is minimal, with out a lot of button pushing to get where you want to go. This, in itself, is anxiety reducing. My therapist and Psychiatrist are very good.

Dr Helena Dow is currently my therapist at lifestance and she is so so amazing. She has helped me through this past year deal with depression and complications regarding my ADHD and has been there with me through every step of the way and provided high quality care and suggestions. Dr. Katz is a great psychiatrist. Her straight forward, informative, and responsive approach to working on my treatment plan has helped me to feel more involved in the discussion. Her interest in finding a balance between her professional knowledge and my personal autonomy gives a sense of collaboration rather than feeling prescribed. I’ve been with Dr. Katz for over a year and I’m happy to have found her. She’s been very professional, explains treatments, she doesn’t rush you and is a good listener. I definitely recommend her. The Lifestance patient portal is easy to navigate and you can schedule appointments, and also communicate with your doctor through messages. So far I have had fast responses. It is very convenient.

Dr. Katz is a wonderful professional and also very warm person. With her help I pulled out of two very deep bouts of depressions. Her advise and guidance are keeping in a healthy life balance.
