Dr. Chin is amazing, understanding efficient and a wealth of knowledge. The computer system can be improved, I always end up booking for my daughter instead of myself, because the systems toggles between the two of us. The computer system even let me book the same appointment twice, when there is only one slot. Then I have to call the office and get them to fix it, which defeats the purpose of using online booking.

Without a doubt, Candy has done a fantastic job at helping me identify my PTSD issues as well as a pathway to begin the healing process. Candy is a great listener and encourages me, to fully participate in developing my pathway to success. I highly recommend anyone who suffers from PTSD to counsel with Candy.

Nurse practitioner was excellent and empathetic with the fact that my morning had been very crazy. We discussed issues and questions that needed to be discussed. She was not overly concerned or overbearing regarding my medication. Hope to see her again for an in person visit as required next year.

My doctor is always personable and kind. It is easy to contact her at any time. My appointments are easily made and I am able to access the portal for our online appointments with minimal hassle. I am grateful for this service and thankful for such a good doctor.

DR. ELLIOT POHLMANN was very knowledgeable in his field & helped me get the answers I’ve been needing. Gave me a plan of action and we are going to start addressing the main problem before we address the smaller problem. I would recommend him a million times!
