The doctor was very thorough and pleasant! I would like to add that the billing department seems to be disjointed in relation to the practice. They have billed the wrong company several times in the past and keep charging a copay, when I don't have one. I've called several times to explain,even though thev processed one refund, they havent returned it to me because they still show the balance due because they had billed the wrong company in the past. It also seems like there are 2 sides to the billing dept?

Dr. Chin is amazing, understanding efficient and a wealth of knowledge. The computer system can be improved, I always end up booking for my daughter instead of myself, because the systems toggles between the two of us. The computer system even let me book the same appointment twice, when there is only one slot. Then I have to call the office and get them to fix it, which defeats the purpose of using online booking.

Nurse practitioner was excellent and empathetic with the fact that my morning had been very crazy. We discussed issues and questions that needed to be discussed. She was not overly concerned or overbearing regarding my medication. Hope to see her again for an in person visit as required next year.

‪I’ve been seeing Dr. Elliot Pohlmann MD for 4 months. I have PTSD and had several withdrawals. Dr. Pohlmann is amazing. He helps me with my mental illness and put me on the right medication to manage my mental health. I highly recommend Dr. Pohlmann. Thank you Dr. Pohlmann.
