LifeStance as a whole is great. Only talked to them 2x. I had an appointment with one of their psychiatrist’s and due to a disagreement I won’t be returning. But please give them a shot. Mental Health gets a bad rap. Fight for what you need and never ever let anyone tell you that you’re not sick enough to take time away from work. I hope that even within the profession that they will begin to take it more seriously.

I recently moved to San Diego and saw Dr Katz for the first time this week. I had a great visit and felt that she was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend her.
