I was reluctant to write this review because I'm selfish. I'll explain l've never gone to a therapist before now. Lubna has transcend any expectations had about therapist's. She is genuine ,honest and .very intelligent. A great listener, compassionate, empathetic. She been able to adjust to my needs with her vast knowledge and create a safe environment. I can express my feeling comfortably as I would a close friend. Always non judgemental which has help me regain my confidence. Teaching me better communication, coping skills along with learning about validation and boundaries in resalving conflicts. She backs all this up with back ground data and home work to do,she does all that with a sense of humor. A few sections ago she lost her voice no problem. It was one of our sessions that I didn't want to end and I came away feeling renewed with a hope for the future with some laughter . She has been a God Send , I just wish she wasn't so in demand. Dr. Josefa Licas is a wonderful psychiatrist. She is a warm and caring doctor who has your best interests at heart. I remember my very first appointment with her. I was going through some really rough times, and her openness and understanding helped me through that first appointment. Before I left, she looked pointedly at me and said, "If you need me, call me. You don't have to be in desperate distress to call me. Know that I'm here for you. " I never heard that from any doctor. It was truly what I needed to hear. I know that Dr. Licas has my back. I trust her with my life.

Nathan Harris is the most phenomenal therapist I have ever had. They take the time to listen to what you are going through, come up with creative solutions to your situation, and help you conquer life’s challenges. I have never had a therapist that understands how to work with someone on the spectrum as well as is also LGBTQ friendly. It always feels like a safe place to share and they never make me feel judged for who I am. Definitely recommend!

Lubna, has been absolutely instrumental and compassionate towards our 4 year old throughout his Autism journey. Her dedication and ability to help guide our family with the best therapies and tools has been a life saver. We have been seeing Lubna for over a year now and our son has made incredible strives, thanks to Lubna. She has special gift and we are so lucky to have her in our lives!

I have been having sessions with Lubna for about a year now, and have nothing but amazing things to say. She does a great job at making you feel comfortable and understood, while being very easy to talk to. Not once have I ever felt any judgement, which is something I greatly value. She is very knowledgeable and I continue to learn new things about myself every time we meet.
