Chelsea Davis, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa in 2014 and spent over a decade working as a resource nurse before pursuing advanced practice training. In December 2021, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Clarke University, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. Her career has included serving in a 72-bed acute psychiatric hospital, where she gained extensive experience treating individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Alongside her hospital work, Chelsea also provided care in outpatient clinic settings, a role that closely mirrors her current practice.

In March 2025, Chelsea relocated to Colorado to be closer to family. She brings with her a strong commitment to addressing complex mental health challenges, particularly those related to trauma and substance use. She offers medication management for individuals navigating recovery from substance use disorders and provides compassionate support for those living with PTSD, trauma-related symptoms, postpartum depression, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. Chelsea also works closely with LGBTQ+ individuals, ensuring her care is inclusive, affirming, and culturally sensitive.

Outside of her clinical work, Chelsea is a proud mother of two daughters. Together, they enjoy hiking, biking, cooking, painting, exploring farmers markets, and spending time outdoors. Chelsea’s personal passions for creativity and connection mirror her professional dedication to helping patients build resilience and find healing.
