I've had 2 female therapists with LifeStance (1 before the name change and 1 after) and both have been phenomenal and exactly what I needed during this season of life. I was looking for people experienced in doing EMDR trauma therapy as well as a couple other things and I've always felt I was cared for and treated like a human being. I highly recommend them.

Professional, caring staff from receptionist to therapists and doctors. Individualized treatment plans based on what the patient actually needs. Patient has a voice in their treatment. Virtual and in-person appointments available. Easy to access treatment team yet private. Finally found the comprehensive treatment I needed to live life, not just exist.
