Well, I've never been one to ask for help let alone to seek out therapy. I've always believed no matter what may come, I would be strong enough to face it on my own. I was wrong !, so wrong. My counselor, they connected me with. Is very kind, understanding, compassionate and most important, unbiased ! He isn't afraid to tell me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. He doesn't let his personal feelings or opinion dictate my therapy and although my schedule is very sporadic and crazy, he's always there to help me work through my daily craziness. I really value his time and advice or guidance, and he too respects and values my time. So all in all, i would absolutely recommend the staff to anyone seeking a better, healthier outlook on life, love and relationships to contact Life Stance. Having my therapist, Linsey, for the past year helped me navigate the world of chronic pain and all the behavior around pain medication. She is also highly trained in the area of trauma, something I needed having been through the ringer with the loss of my parents and the dental and medical world. I was brutally injured by a periodontist in Fort Collins almost five years ago, five months after my father passed away I'm a strong and highly functional person until all this happened. I was a mess emotionally and physically, having been thrown into pain management for what the neurosurgeon called the suicide diagnosis of trigeminal neuropathy. Relentless pain made worse with 55 procedures and surgeries. By the time I was referred to Linsey by a new primary care provider, I was bedridden. She has gently supported me and gives me methods to help with the pain and anxiety. LifeStance has been a saving grace and highly recommend them for having the resources for any and all issues we live with.

LifeStance helped me book an appointment with a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist within just a couple of weeks. Sometimes you have to wait a month or two to get in somewhere, but they managed to get me in to see someone fairly quickly! So far I have met with my psychiatrist, Sylvia, and she is so wonderful and easy to talk to. There was a slight hiccup because I thought my meeting was in person at the office, but it was actually online. However, that was not a problem as the front desk set me up in a private room within the office to do my video call with Sylvia. They are a great help and I look forward to continuing my mental health journey with LifeStance.

My experience so far has been very warm and welcoming. My therapist offers useful and relevant resources and engages with me on a level that brings so much comfort and strength to my difficult journey. I often feel empowered and assured after my visit. A new growth in confidence to tackle things I have previously felt defeated by. They make appointments avaliable and easy to acquire with many different options to attend. The thought of seeing a therapist was a very daunting at first but this has been a very helpful step in the right direction.

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Sylvia Perez, She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in our session. She took the time to truly listen, answer all my questions, and educate me about my treatment options. I felt so heard and seen in a way I unfortunately haven’t experienced before. Her compassionate approach made such a difference, and I’m grateful to have found a psychiatrist who genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

I love my counselor with Life Stance!! She is always there for me and it’s really easy to book appointments in advance. She cares and will listen to you and always has advice and guidance for me. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now. It’s really nice not to have change councilors all the time. I give them 5 stars!!!
