Dylan’s clients may overcome and manage difficulties related to depression and anxiety, trauma, obsessions and compulsions, phobias, behavioral difficulties, grief, social isolation and big life adjustments. He uses tools such as mindfulness, self-compassion, effective communication, values exploration, and solution-focused problem solving to help individuals execute their goals. He draws from a client-centered perspective, and modalities such as ACT, CBT and DBT.



With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychological Sciences from Pacific University, Dylan has experience working in community mental health with adults, teens, seniors and families, and in a college-counseling center with young adults. In both of these settings he worked collaboratively with other medical providers to promote holistic and efficient care.
