When you’re in session with Stephanie, you’ll experience a laid-back, safe environment where you can be transparent and take emotional risks. You’ll feel heard, understood, and respected. You’ll be encouraged and empowered to set attainable goals and take control of your therapeutic journey toward health, joy, and fulfillment.

Stephanie helps clients set attainable goals as they work through surface-level concerns, such as environmental triggers, mood disturbances, stress, anxiety, or anger, as well as deeper-rooted struggles, including core wounds, intimacy deficits, depression, and trauma. She subscribes to a person-centered, humanistic therapeutic approach, which includes active listening and mindfulness. She also utilizes many modalities, such as CBT and DBT, to help clients attain growth and development based on their individual needs.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services, Stephanie has experience working with kids and adults, both in outpatient, day treatment, and forensic settings. In her free time, she coaches and participates in Crossfit, explores the outdoors, reads, and prepares delicious plates and treats in her kitchen.
