Sara D. Cooley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2018. Sara helps guide healing by bringing the whole body into the process. The connections between our thoughts and feelings and issues like gut health and chronic pain are well-documented. By integrating the body’s experiences into mental health practice, Sara seeks to offer holistic relief from suffering. Outside of work, Sara is a fiber arts enthusiast – sewing, quilting, spinning, and weaving are some ways she unwinds, channels her creativity, and feels connected to her family heritage.
