Kristin Davis, LPCC,
About Kristin Davis (She/Her)
Kristin Davis helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Serving patients across Colorado through LifeStance Health, she provides a supportive, goal-oriented approach to therapy that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Kristin works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting those facing concerns such as bipolar disorder, grief, school avoidance, childhood behavior issues, and relationship challenges. Kristin is especially passionate about helping children, teens, and families overcome behavioral and emotional obstacles that can impact success at home, school, and in daily life. She understands that early intervention can create lasting positive change and enjoys partnering with families to improve communication, strengthen connections, and develop healthy coping strategies. Her work often focuses on anxiety, ADHD, and childhood behavior concerns, helping young people build resilience and confidence while supporting parents through the therapeutic process. In addition to individual therapy, Kristin provides couples therapy and works with clients seeking healthier relationship dynamics. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients gain insight, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. She also offers additional therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances. Kristin brings a diverse educational background that includes studies at the University of Nebraska Omaha, Ashford University, and the Community College of the Air Force. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, she is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care while empowering clients to achieve lasting growth and wellness. Outside of her clinical work, Kristin enjoys hiking, snowboarding, painting, crafting, traveling, and maintaining an active health and fitness lifestyle. These interests reflect her belief in balance, personal growth, and the value of exploring new experiences.
