Traci Friebus helps patients across Colorado access compassionate, evidence based mental health care through LifeStance Health. She supports teens, young adults, adults, and seniors with a thoughtful, steady approach to medication management and collaborative treatment planning. Her work is grounded in creating a safe, judgment free space where individuals can stabilize symptoms, regain confidence, and move toward meaningful recovery. She brings particular expertise in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, as well as guiding patients through complex mood and behavioral challenges. Traci also provides care for individuals navigating co occurring substance use concerns, sleep issues, and trauma related symptoms. Her approach blends clinical precision with genuine warmth, helping patients feel understood while receiving structured, goal oriented support. A central focus of her practice is working with individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization. She is deeply committed to helping patients maintain stability during this vulnerable transition, offering close follow up, medication management, and supportive strategies tailored to each person’s needs. She also works with women’s mental health and geriatric psychiatry, including medically complex populations and those managing dementia related behavioral changes. Additional specialties are available based on patient needs. Traci incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based strategies, and supportive psychotherapy into her work, and she provides care for women and individuals on the autism spectrum. She also offers additional interventions when clinically appropriate. Outside of her clinical role, Traci values time with her family, enjoys cooking and baking, and loves exploring new places. Outdoor activities, mental health–focused learning, and the occasional deep dive into true crime stories round out her personal interests. Traci is proud to serve patients throughout Colorado and is dedicated to expanding access to high quality mental health services in the communities she supports.
