Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to foster lasting emotional well-being. Edith is especially dedicated to supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those in the adoption or foster care system.
