I was born and grew up in Indonesia, and I am fluent in both Indonesian and English. I graduated with my BSN degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from the Kennesaw States University in 2014. After receiving my RN license, I worked as a bedside nurse for two different hospitals from 2014-2020. In August 2020, I received MSN degree (Master of Science in Nursing) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I received board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from ANCC in September 2020 and started working for LifeStance Health in December 2020. I work mainly with adults age 18 until 60-year-old.

Karina Tan Lydia has been the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She is so attentive and is so incredibly helpful. I have had a lot of problems trying to find the right medication for my ADHD but she has been so patient. She does not make me feel bad when I tell her honestly how medications are not working. She also makes sure I know my options. Above all though, she fights for her patients. She has combatted my insurance to approve my medication and that is absolutely amazing to me. I will always recommend her to everyone!!!

Karina is the absolute best Psychiatrist I have literally ever had!! She is so kind and caring in a world where you just don't get that anymore!! I am so blessed to have found her. I love Ms. Karina Lydia! She's so kind and thoughtful and patient! I can tell that she truly enjoys helping her patients. The staff at lifetstance Duluth location are also very kind and helpful! I've been using them for over 3 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
