Angela Hamm is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2017. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practice. She has 10+ years of nursing experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings. As a nurse practitioner, she has experience treating patients across the life span with a wide range of illnesses.

Angela enjoys providing individualized care for patients of all ages struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD and other mental health conditions. She believes shared decision-making is imperative, as it gives her patients an opportunity to have informed, meaningful and collaborative discussion with her regarding their care.

In her free time, Angela enjoys working out, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

I have been a patient of Ms. Angela Hamm since 2019. She has been a huge help in managing my medication. During covid, I would have difficulty getting online (my issues w/technology) and she was patient and would often call me directly. I think Lifestance (the corporation she works for) has room for improvement but Ms. Hamm is a knowledgeable, professional and kind caregiver.
