Very responsive. Pretty flexible with me and my schedule. Dr. Angela Hamm is the only person I can speak to regarding care and she has been great. The most difficult/frustrating part was getting established as new patient and me having to wait for the initial appointment. It had to be scheduled out 2 months before my request. I’m sure that is not any fault of the doctor just frustrating at the time because I needed them 2 months earlier.

I have been a patient of this group for over a decade. Although I used to have an issue reaching someone connected to my medical professional (it’s been a long time since then), they’ve majorly improved their communication and are able to help within a reasonable amount of time. I love my personal doctor and can count on him for help whenever I need it. He’s always there for me. He’s been my doctor for over 10 years as well!

I checked in early for my appointment and stayed in the telemed waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointment. I left and refreshed my screen in case there was a internet issue. Then I was the 4th patient in line instead of the 1st. Fortunately, Dr Ayeni realized what had happened and did my visit next. I am saddened to hear he will no longer be with Life Stance. It is difficult to find a provider that you feel comfortable with.
