Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Marie Vilmont Rhea is great! I have seen her twice over the past couple months. She is personable, professional, empathetic and a good listener. I appreciate her insight. Additionally, I really appreciate how she is really on top of my medication management. This is a really big deal to me because I left my last psychiatrist because every time it was time for my Psychiatrist to submit a refill prescription for my medication to my Pharmacy, it would literally take weeks and sometimes a month to get a reply. Half the time no one was answering the phone in the office during business hours. Sometimes my calls would go to voice mail but I would never get a return call. The practice was run in a very sloppy, unprofessional manner. In the end, I just had enough.I wasn't valued as a patient so I left. I had a lot of angst and trepidation around finding a professional practioner that would address my mental health concerns and treat me in an ethical and professional manner with dignity and respect for me and my time. Then I met Marie Vilmont Rhea! What a breathe of fresh air!! I couldn't be more happier. She is great!

My husband has never been comfortable opening up to therapists, but over the years, we realized how important it was for him to find someone he could truly trust—someone who would listen with empathy, understanding, and compassion. Dr. Tommy Richardson and his staff have provided that kind of care. They have created a welcoming, supportive environment where my husband has felt comfortable enough to begin sharing and working through his challenges. Very responsive. Pretty flexible with me and my schedule. Dr. Angela Hamm is the only person I can speak to regarding care and she has been great. The most difficult/frustrating part was getting established as new patient and me having to wait for the initial appointment. It had to be scheduled out 2 months before my request. I’m sure that is not any fault of the doctor just frustrating at the time because I needed them 2 months earlier.

I have been a patient of this group for over a decade. Although I used to have an issue reaching someone connected to my medical professional (it’s been a long time since then), they’ve majorly improved their communication and are able to help within a reasonable amount of time. I love my personal doctor and can count on him for help whenever I need it. He’s always there for me. He’s been my doctor for over 10 years as well!
