Adrienne Driscoll has been practicing as a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner since 2022 and has been practicing as a nurse for almost 30 years. She graduated from Valparaiso University in 1995 with a bachelor of science in nursing. In 2012, she graduated from the University of Phoenix with an MSN/MBA. She returned to school and then graduated from Lewis University in 2022 for a post-master’s certificate in psychiatric mental health. Adrienne provides comprehensive mental health care to patients across Illinois. With extensive experience in various clinical settings, she excels at listening to her patients, formulating accurate diagnoses, and collaborating to create effective, personalized treatment plans. Through her compassionate and knowledgeable approach, Adrienne helps her patients navigate these complex conditions, offering them the tools and support they need to thrive. Adrienne specializes in treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, with expertise in managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia/psychosis, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, ODD, as well as other mental health disorders. I Came To Lifestance, After Being Treated Like A Simpleton & Screamed At By The New Psychiatrist At Stillpoint.After Telling Him I Placed Myself In A Hospital To Change My Medications Due To The Problem I Had With Side Effects, (He Proceeded To Scream & Rant At Me That I Was Suicidal) After We Argued I Was Not & Look At My Records From Dr B. He Filled My Medications & Told Me I Was Still Suicidal, I'm Not At All !!!! My Psychiatrist Dr.B. Had Retired & We Had Years Together Dr. B., You Are Greatly Missed.I Hold You In The A. Driscoll At Lifestance Has Been Truley Wonderful, Very Patient With My Needs, And I Never Feel Put Down By Her; My First Few Sessions Were Getting To Know One Another; I Feel She Is Understanding Me More As I Am Her; Also The Reasons Why We Are Adjusting My Medicine.

Of all of the therapy/psych platforms offered, this has been one of the easiest and most effective I’ve used yet. Adrienne Driscoll is everything I could ask for in a psychiatrist and has been nothing short of helpful, and professional. I didn’t have the best experience with my therapist through Lifestance but I reached out to the proper parties and let them know the situation and have sense sought therapy through a different platform BUT it all depends on your provider and if they meet your needs/expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize Lifestance though, if you are seeking help. Also website is very user friendly and simple to navigate. Follow up and appointment reminders are also a plus.

I have talked to Adrian Driscoll several times over the past several weeks. She has helped me in every way passible, She has ordered two kinds of medication and unfortunately I was allergic to both. She’s so kind and understanding and tried in every possible way to help. Because of so many allergies it’s like trial and error. I'm so grateful to have switched providers. Adrienne quickly recognized the issues with the meds I was on and immediately started to make changes. It was such a noticeable improvement! Thanks to her I feel like I'm coming back to myself. My only regret is not finding her sooner.

At first I was a little apprehensive due to it being online appointments BUT Adrienne was so thorough and kind that I knew it wasn’t a “task” for her. She genuinely cares about her patients and I’m very satisfied with her as my doctor.

Very compassionate and listens. Recommended pill for sleeping since I have had trouble falling asleep for about 2 1/2 years. She gave me a prescription and I have fallen asleep quickly ever since. Makes a big difference!
