Catherine Oplinger, NP, helps children, teens, and adults across Indiana find stability and healing through compassionate and personalized mental health care. She provides medication management for patients as young as early childhood through seniors, creating treatment plans that are tailored to each individual’s unique needs. At LifeStance Health, Catherine offers supportive, research-based care designed to improve well-being and empower patients at every stage of life. She works with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression, as well as those managing complex conditions such as PTSD and trauma-related concerns. Catherine also has expertise in addressing autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and women’s mental health, including post-partum depression and reproductive challenges. By incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and parenting skills when appropriate, she ensures patients receive care that supports both their emotional and physical wellness. She also has experience serving diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, military members and veterans, and those living with developmental or autism spectrum disorders. Catherine offers additional specialties to ensure that care is comprehensive and uniquely aligned with each person’s circumstances. Outside of her practice, Catherine enjoys camping, spending quality time with her family and grandchildren, and caring for her pets. These personal passions reflect the balance she brings into her work, fostering connection and empathy with her patients.
