Maya Dolnik helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Kansas achieve greater stability and well-being through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. At LifeStance Health, Maya provides medication management for conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s goals and life circumstances. Maya also supports individuals navigating stress management and life transitions, and offers additional areas of expertise to meet diverse mental health needs.
Maya is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital, helping them transition safely back into daily life with continuity of care, medication support, and close monitoring. Maya works collaboratively with patients and families to reduce the risk of relapse, strengthen coping strategies, and promote long-term recovery and stability.
With a whole-person approach, Maya integrates mindfulness and parenting skills into care when appropriate, and has experience supporting populations including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, military/veterans, and LGBTQ+ communities. Maya also offers additional interventions and serves a broad range of clinical needs beyond these areas.
Maya is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and values culturally responsive care that respects each patient’s background and identity. Outside of clinical work, Maya enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, exercising, reading, and exploring new places, bringing a balanced and wellness-focused perspective into patient care.
