I love the flexibility of LifeStance Health. Today was a VERY snowy day and I was able to change my in-person appointment with Leigh Jordan to a Zoom call (“tele-health”) appointment just an hour beforehand. This saved me from the risk of endangering myself or my vehicle. On TOP of that, Leigh Jordan is EXCELLENT! She listens to my current mental status, hears my struggles, and asks natural questions in our dialogue to help me find an optimal “way forward” with actionable steps. Since America’s overall future is blurry, to say the least (as of 12/1/2025)… Leigh has been great to have “on my team” because she reminds me to focus my energy on what I can ACTIVELY DO. Action is scary to take alone, but she’s helping me find and grow my confidence in myself. I give Leigh Jordan with LifeStance a 10 out of 10 score as a mental health professional. I’ve been seeing NP Laura Young for almost a year now. She’s been amazing in helping me find the right meds and making sure they’re working for me. She understands that your moods can be affected by outside events. If you’re doing a check in with her and horrible things have happened she’s there to listen and doesn’t try to up your meds. She asks to do another check in because she understands that you may not need a med increase just time to process. Them reevaluate how you’re doing. 10/10 would recommend
