Amy Collins helps teens, adults, and seniors across Missouri achieve greater stability and well-being through a thoughtful combination of medication management and therapy at LifeStance Health. She partners with each patient to better understand their symptoms, develop effective treatment plans, and support meaningful progress in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns.

Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, and alcohol and drug use issues, with experience supporting individuals facing complex and co-occurring mental health challenges. Amy incorporates mindfulness and faith-based treatment approaches when appropriate, helping patients strengthen coping skills while addressing emotional and behavioral patterns. She has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and military/veteran communities, and offers additional areas of expertise to meet a wide range of mental health needs.

Amy is particularly passionate about working with adolescents navigating behavioral and substance use challenges, as well as veterans seeking support for mental health concerns. She is also dedicated to assisting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital or require support with disability-related documentation, ensuring continuity of care and a clear path forward during critical transitions.

She is known for her genuine, compassionate style and her ability to build strong therapeutic connections, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where patients feel understood and empowered to make lasting changes.

Outside of her clinical work, Amy is a passionate artist who enjoys working with acrylics, watercolor, oils, and sketching mediums. She also has a deep appreciation for music across all genres and finds it to be a powerful source of healing. Spending time in nature and connecting with others in her community are important parts of how she maintains balance and inspiration.
