I've been a patient at LifeStance Health/Psychiatric & Counseling Associates for a few years, and I can confidently say that they've been the best provider I've used. Scheduling appointments is easy. And the telehealth portal is also easy to use. I've enjoyed working closely with Nurse Practitioner Diane Gaunt, whose expertise and genuine care have been excellent. Diane's wealth of knowledge, combined with her ability to truly listen has been instrumental in my well-being over the years. Her professionalism, kindness, and support have created a welcoming space for me to open up. Additionally, I must highlight Skyler, who manages appointments and ensures a seamless patient experience. Skyler's professional yet friendly demeanor immediately puts you at ease when reaching out for assistance. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking compassionate and effective behavioral health care for themselves or their loved ones.
