Once you have set up your patient portal, check-in is quick and easy and link is sent in the appointment reminder text. I usually prefer a virtual visit, but my phone was acting up, right at the time of my appointment last Thursday. I had to keep calling the front desk and the staff was kind and patient with me, even trying different suggestions for my phone issue (camera and microphone weren't allowing permission). Needless to say, I had to reschedule and to my surprise, got an in-office appointment just a week later! I was so pleased that I made my next 6 month appointment, with Diane Gaunt, another in-office visit. I really enjoyed the personal interaction and feel like this practice really does care about my mental and emotional well-being. I definitely recommend Diane as a nurse psychiatrist.😊

I did not know that Karen pulcher had stayed over to do an extra appointment for me so that she could see me because of the shape that I was in mentally. That is so amazing because she did not have to do that but she did it for me that tells me a lot about her I love her to death she does really good for me and I don't ever wanna see anybody else I don't have to. I have no complaints at all about going there the therapist that I see is always there ready for me and always listens to everything I have to say the place is just amazing I am so glad that when I moved up here I found it And the way I found it as I just got online and started looking for places but I feel very lucky and very fortunate to be able to have services through Lifestance

This place has been a great resource to me. Even when my original referred provider was no longer with the company I was able to find other providers that are just as good a fit for me. I really love the providers I have. The only issue I have is billing and their automated systems. Nobody ever gives me the same information when I call and their system is always sending notices even though I’m on a payment plan. I’m always being told conflicting information and sometimes they threaten to withhold treatment for nonpayment. Now I have a record on file that they confirm I have a payment plan, a contact in billing plus proof I’m on a payment plan. I’m hoping not to see more issues going forward.

I’ve been a patient at LifeStance Health since around 2022, and taking a chance on meeting with someone I had never met before turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Diane has worked out well for me. I prefer seeing Nurse Practitioners, and she’s very accommodating. I schedule video appointments for my convenience, and the front desk staff and billing staff are prompt and helpful. I appreciate the thoughtful treatment I get from Diane and the Life Stance staff.

Karen Pulcher is great, I've only had a couple appointments, she looks past the surface to find root causes of issues in your life, and the best applicable solution to address them. She's very kind, and seems to really love helping people better their lives.
