About Channel Clark (She/Her)

Channel Clark helps adults and older adults navigate mental health challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and a personalized approach to care. Through LifeStance Health, she provides psychiatric medication management services for individuals across Missouri, supporting patients as they work toward greater emotional wellness, symptom relief, and an improved quality of life. She has experience treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, while also offering support for a wide range of additional mental health conditions.

Channel is especially passionate about working with individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that the transition from inpatient care back to everyday life can be overwhelming and strives to provide consistent, supportive follow-up care during this important stage of recovery. By creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment, she helps patients build stability, strengthen coping skills, and maintain progress toward their treatment goals.

Her approach emphasizes collaboration, recognizing that each person’s mental health journey is unique. In addition to medication management and substance abuse medication management services, she incorporates evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to support overall treatment outcomes. Channel also works with specialized populations including first responders, military service members, and veterans, while offering care for many other individuals seeking support.

Channel earned her education through Chamberlain University and began practicing in 2025. She is committed to ongoing learning and providing high-quality psychiatric care that aligns with current best practices.

Outside of work, Channel enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. She is an avid true crime enthusiast and enjoys suspenseful movies that keep viewers guessing until the very end. A dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan, she loves football and proudly collects Winnie the Pooh memorabilia.
