Kaysie Richter provides compassionate psychiatric care and medication management for children, teens, and adults across Kansas and Missouri through LifeStance Health. She works with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related concerns, and substance use challenges, helping patients find greater stability and improved quality of life through personalized treatment plans. Kaysie believes mental health care should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Kaysie is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital and are transitioning back into their daily routines. She understands that this period can feel overwhelming and uncertain, and she focuses on helping patients maintain progress, improve symptom management, and build confidence in their recovery journey. Through thoughtful medication management and ongoing support, Kaysie strives to create continuity of care that promotes long-term emotional wellness and stability.

Her clinical interests include treating ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and substance use concerns. Kaysie also has experience supporting children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges, as well as individuals with developmental disabilities. She values creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment where patients and families feel heard, respected, and actively involved in treatment decisions.

Since beginning her practice in 2026, Kaysie has remained committed to providing patient-centered psychiatric care that combines clinical knowledge with empathy and understanding. She earned her education from Graceland University and Missouri Western State University and continues to focus on helping patients navigate mental health challenges with confidence and support.

Outside of work, Kaysie enjoys spending time with her children, reading, walking, and shopping. She values balance, connection, and making meaningful memories with family and loved ones.
