Specializes In:
Alexander Ng helps children, adolescents, and adults manage mental health concerns with compassionate, clinically informed medication management. He serves patients in Kansas and supports individuals and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, OCD, sleep disorders, and childhood behavior issues. He also works with patients across the full life span, including children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors, and offers care through LifeStance Health.
Alexander is especially passionate about treating childhood and pediatric concerns, with a strong focus on helping children and adolescents who face emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. He is experienced in working with patients who need support for school avoidance, grief, eating disorders, psychosis and schizophrenia, medical conditions affecting mental health, and women’s and men’s issues. His approach is grounded in thoughtful assessment, evidence-based medication management, and practical support tailored to each patient’s needs.
He also provides care for individuals with complex situations such as recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital and court ordered treatment. Alexander offers additional support through Christian counseling, faith-based treatment, parent child interaction therapy, and parenting skills, with experience serving adoption and foster care families, as well as individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Outside of work, he values time with his family, his church community, Philadelphia sports, exploring the Dallas–Fort Worth food scene, travel, running, and staying active.
