David Payne has provided me this far I can honestly say is the BEST psych care I have EVER been provided. I have been dealing with my mental health for a long time now and I have been to several different types of places claiming they provide mental health care. I have always felt my mental health wouldn’t ever get any better and that I was just at a stand still with it, that is until I had my first visit thru life stance with David Payne. Immediately I felt comfortable, relieved and I felt finally I was or could be in the right place. David Payne expertise and knowledge I could tell that he knew his stuff HOW REFRESHING it was to finally feel that. After talking he informed me that I was misdiagnosed, he thourghlly explained how he came to that conclusion, verified with me whether I felt if my symptoms made more since now under the new diagnosis that he was providing info to me about and then he INSTANTLY changed my meds immediately to me inn order so I could promptly start the new meds, he has even recognized my anxiety and provided me with a emotional support animal document for my ESA dog always easy to get messages to him and the office staff are just as GREAT. Thank you all of you guys for being here for me and actually caring.

I have struggled with my mental health my entire life, I've had many therapist, psychiatrist, counselors and therapy. But until now i actually found someone im comfortable with and who puts my needs and my health above All else.david listens and cares how i feel and listens to my opinions. I feel that after a lifetime of doctors just treating me as just another nameless space I am. As a person and feel comfortable telling David about the things I'm going through and have been through that cause me distress and problems and with his very high level I'll understanding how to treat mental health issues by using his education how long with his kind way of listening to his patient taking their health their opinion along with his skills and kindness I have been finally able to heal and be a better person than I was able to be with anyone else helping me I highly recommend anyone needing help with kind of mental issues to reach out to him . He cares and he can help

I started back to college in the later part of my life and started experiencing trouble focusing and starting doubting my ability being so advanced in life. I thought it was early dementia until I met David at Lifestance. He not only diagnosed me with adult ADHD, but put me at ease with his caring attitude and personal experience. I had no idea that major life changes could bring this disorder out in adulthood. David immediately made me feel better and brought back hope. Lifestance is so easy to work with and they provided the kind of personal care needed while dealing with a stressful issues. Their flexibility with appointments fits well in my busy life and no matter the platform I always get consistent care from a dedicated staff. When I need extra help Kim at the front desk is extremely helpful and efficient. Highly recommend Lifestance if you’re considering getting help.

David Payne genuinely shows care and concern for my ongoing needs, which has been a difficult process for me - as I’m sure it is for him with various other individuals to treat as well. Navigating this process has not been easy, however I am comfortable and confident with him, and that has been years in the making. I trust his judgement and options while valuing the time it takes to complete paperwork associated with my current situation requiring additional documentation and time. Thank you David for being fully present and helping me build trust in the mental health care system. Although it will remain challenging at no fault of his, I truly believe he is genuine and authentic. That is not something I have experienced prior, and I am grateful for all you and your staff do for me.

Dr. Payne is amazing! He explains things thoroughly and until you understand. He is quick to get things done and really cares about his patients. He is also very knowledgeable and I have full trust in his advice. He is personable and I always feel comfortable talking to him even though I usually do not do well talking about emotions and things like that. The staff there is also great! They are friendly and work hard to resolve issues and never make you feel as if you are bothering them! I have been to several places over the years and this place by far is the best and I wish I had been with them the whole time!
