I’ve had really positive experiences with LifeStance during the intial appointments. After my initial appointment with another LIfestance provider in Georgetown, I realized this office location was much closer to home and decided logistically it was easier to be seen at the Fort Mitchell location. From the beginning, the process felt extremely organized, accessible, and patient-focused. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how easy LifeStance makes the administrative side of healthcare. Being able to schedule appointments online as a new patient was incredibly convenient, and the patient portal made transferring care and uploading records seamless. I was able to complete forms ahead of time, set up portal access before my visit, and communicate directly with staff when I had questions. Every message I sent received a quick and professional response, which made the entire experience feel much less stressful. LifeStance also had a wide selection of providers who accepted my insurance, along with flexible appointment availability. Since I was transferring treatment rather than seeking urgent care, I chose an appointment several weeks out, and the process remained smooth the entire way through. During my visit with Mr. Payne, I immediately found him approachable, attentive, and easy to talk to. His communication style felt very natural and personable, which made the appointment comfortable from the start. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated that the focus was clearly on providing thoughtful, individualized care rather than simply moving through appointments asking standard form questions as quickly as possible. I was also very impressed by the professionalism of the office staff, especially Kim at the front desk. She took the time to personally communicate updates to me and was incredibly courteous throughout the process. What stood out most was seeing how seriously both the provider and staff take patient care. It was clear that when another patient required additional attention or support, they are treated with compassion and given the time they need rather than being rushed through an appointment. In mental health care, that level of professionalism and patient-centered care says a lot about a practice. Overall, my experience with LifeStance has been welcoming, organized, and compassionate, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for accessible and professional mental health care.

From the first phone call , to when you step into the office for your first appointment. Even with their convenient telehealth appointments... you can really feel the whole office has your best interest in mind... As for my Doc ? Dr.Brenda Smith! She is awesome, She is very attentive, and down the earth even with all her degrees and training and her professionalism she just seems to be able to blend it all together in a way that show not only she knows what she is doing what she is talking about but she's able to break things down so the you completely understand and that you can tell she cares ! I always feel better after I have an appointment with her I feel heard and I understand thing a lot better . It's like having an informative conversation with a friend. Someone you don't have to be embarrassed about talking to or asking asking questions! Comfortable treatment like this hard to find! But don't just take my word for it make an appointment with one of there many capable and friendly therapist , counselors and psychiatrist ! Thank you , to everyone at the life stance office! Dr. Angela Miller is a 5 star doctor. She’s not only very knowledgeable & professional but I can tell that she wants to help. She cares about her patients & doesn’t use the same blanket treatments for every patient. The individual care that she gives is not an easy thing to find in today’s healthcare system. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her. She always responds if something comes up unexpectedly & that shows me she cares on a personal level. Because of these things I feel safe being 109% open & vulnerable knowing she has my best interest at heart. I would recommend her to ANYONE. It has been a true blessing to have found her!

I've been with lifestance for over months now and I'm telling you it's the best decision I've ever made switching from health point to them , I see Dr. David Payne and he's amazing, he's down to earth and doesn't throw a bunch of doctor talk at you , he's very understanding and really cares about your mental health and hey lady's he's a very very handsome man. I'm NEVER going to anyone else for my mental health concerns and medications. Lifestance is the best way for you to go if you're thinking about joining us awesome patient's here,you won't regret anything. TY

I been a patient 6-7 years, same Dr. I have nothing but great things to say. After a long time of searching, years. Dr. Brenda Smith was my saving grace. So great that I followed her to life stance from her old practice. I'm sure all Drs. There would be caring to your needs an comforts and easy to talk to, to give you best advice an what will help you. What goals to set achieve. I've seen 2 providers here. Christopher Adams for medication, who seemed like he actually cared to find something that worked for me. Unfortunately there's nothing I was able to take, so I found a counselor instead and now see Drew Thompson. After trying a few other places, including some online who were very.... interesting... I've finally found someone! There was a wait to even get in, but now he's more than accommodating with my schedule and we make it work!
