Erin Greenlee helps teens, adolescents, adults, and seniors across Kentucky achieve greater stability, clarity, and emotional well-being through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management and substance use treatment, partnering closely with patients to create thoughtful, individualized plans that support both mental health and overall functioning.

Her clinical focus includes treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, while also addressing complex concerns such as trauma, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use. Erin incorporates evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness techniques alongside medication management to help patients build coping skills, improve daily functioning, and maintain long-term progress. She has experience supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military and veteran populations, and first responders, while offering additional areas of expertise to meet a broad range of mental health needs.

Erin is deeply committed to helping individuals better understand their mental health and feel empowered in their treatment journey. She takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and actively involved in their care decisions. Her work emphasizes reducing symptoms, improving quality of life, and helping patients regain a sense of balance and control.

Since beginning her practice in 2023, Erin has remained dedicated to compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter, exploring thrift and antique stores, watching Ohio State football, and crafting. Her passion for supporting individuals with mental illness extends beyond the clinical setting into her involvement in community-based mental health initiatives.
