LifeStance has been incredible to work with and amazing for my mental health. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist and the help that he has provided. The also encouraged me to reach out the VA for additional assistance and resources, which I do not believe I would have done without their recommendation, or support. Although I can’t specify the exact details exactly. Ryan Bowles trusted my opinion on my health when other physicians did not, in another words he had a trust in me my previous physicians did not. A life changing situation for me I’ve dealt with 15+ years and the adjustments he helped me make were and are life changing for the better. I just wish I had met him years earlier!! Thankyou Ryan Bowles!!!

Today was my fourth visit with Ryan Bowlds. He has made me feel comfortable over the weeks about sharing what’s going on in my life and any changes I’ve experienced. He’s totally engaged and listens. He speaks to me in a way that shows compassion and extreme knowledge that gives me a sense of understanding. I feel very fortunate to have found him at this stage in my life.

Everyone from the front office staff to the provider are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Only one time has my provider been late seeing me for my appointment, and it was barely 10 minutes. I would highly recommend the Lexington, Monarch Dr., office.
