In my estimation, LifeStance Health continues to excel as a leading provider of psychiatric services. I have had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Tovar for 25 to 30 years. Prior to seeking his expertise, I endured years of uncertainty surrounding my condition. However, after an initial consultation with Dr. Tovar, he accurately diagnosed and initiated treatment for my exposure to traumatic events during the Vietnam War. In March 1968, I was assigned to the 4th Infantry Division, operating in the Central Highlands of South Vietnam, a period marked by significant conflict. Notably, 1968 was the deadliest year of the war, with 16,592 American fatalities, resulting in an average of 319 deaths per week. Under Dr. Tovar's skilled care, I have experienced considerable relief from pain, guilt, depression, nightmares, and flashbacks.

Pleased with practice. I do wish I could schedule/cancel appointments within the patient portal instead of having to make a phone call. Billing is hard to get through to. Stay on hold and they say they will call you back if you don’t want to stay on the line. They don’t. However, I love the practitioner I see. She’s understanding and is great to work with. I also like I can see her via telehealth.

I hit the absolute lottery jackpot in picking Lifestance and a therapist that was right for me. Never thought I’d choose Therapy but so happy I did. I feel safe, seen and heard. Never saw my needing or going to therapy but one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for me. Healing is happening and wow what a journey.

My experience has always been good especially J Brown, the only thing I DONT LIKE IS WHEN SOMEONE IN THEIR OFFICE CHARGES YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. That has happened on several occasions and it's wrong to do so without permission. Other than that it's been good.

I am very thankful for my provider, Jeremy Brown. I highly recommend him. The office staff are pleasant and professional. And I love the their patient portal. It’s easy to use and communicate with my provider and the office staff/billing department.
