in office visits are pleasant and comfortable, telehealth appointments are easy,secure and saves me hours of travel time. one of the best clinic models i’ve experienced for online services, not perfect but not enough issues for me to complain. my therapist is thorough, logical, ethical and genuinely wants to help folks live better lives. by the way, this Lexington location has made up for my first lifestance experience, goes to show, you can’t always judge by one therapist, my first therapist was the worst i’ve ever encountered in 30 years, she was not only a horrible doctor but i felt was a horrible person in general, the doctor was in another state so i’m not sure why i was paired up with them. i was ready to write off lifestance until i experienced the lexington folks and my current therapist.

Pleased with practice. I do wish I could schedule/cancel appointments within the patient portal instead of having to make a phone call. Billing is hard to get through to. Stay on hold and they say they will call you back if you don’t want to stay on the line. They don’t. However, I love the practitioner I see. She’s understanding and is great to work with. I also like I can see her via telehealth.

I hit the absolute lottery jackpot in picking Lifestance and a therapist that was right for me. Never thought I’d choose Therapy but so happy I did. I feel safe, seen and heard. Never saw my needing or going to therapy but one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for me. Healing is happening and wow what a journey.

My experience has always been good especially J Brown, the only thing I DONT LIKE IS WHEN SOMEONE IN THEIR OFFICE CHARGES YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. That has happened on several occasions and it's wrong to do so without permission. Other than that it's been good.
