Danielle Marr-Riggio, MSW, LCSW,
About Danielle Marr-Riggio (She/Her)
Danielle Marr-Riggio helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients throughout Kentucky, supporting those who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns while working toward meaningful and lasting personal growth.
Danielle takes a collaborative approach to treatment, recognizing that every person’s story is unique. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also offering support for a wide range of additional concerns. Her therapeutic style combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy, creating a welcoming environment where patients can build resilience, develop coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), faith-based treatment approaches when appropriate, and parenting skills interventions, Danielle tailors care to each patient’s goals and needs. She believes therapy should be both practical and empowering, helping individuals gain tools they can apply in everyday life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Danielle is committed to helping patients strengthen emotional well-being and improve their quality of life. She earned her education from Columbia University in the City of New York and John Jay College of Criminal Justice, experiences that helped shape her understanding of the complex factors that influence mental health and healing.
Outside of her clinical work, Danielle enjoys reading, practicing hot yoga, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and pursuing a healthy, balanced lifestyle. These interests reinforce her belief in the importance of lifelong growth, self-care, and overall wellness.
