Sika Yeme, PMHNP, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Maryland gain stability and improved quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with LifeStance Health, she provides thoughtful medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Sika works with patients ages 6 through older adulthood, creating individualized treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term mental wellness for individuals and families throughout Maryland. A particular focus of Sika’s practice is supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that the transition from inpatient care back to everyday life can be challenging and often requires close follow-up, medication adjustments, and consistent support. Sika is deeply committed to helping these patients maintain stability, reduce the risk of readmission, and build sustainable coping strategies as they continue their recovery journey. In addition to this work, she treats conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and cooccurring issues through psychiatric evaluation and medication management. She also has experience supporting individuals facing mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other complex mental health concerns. Sika works with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, first responders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and she offers care in French and Ewe. Her clinical background includes experience in both mental health and high-acuity medical environments, strengthening her ability to assess complex psychiatric needs.
