Jen McConnell, PMHNP, is dedicated to helping individuals in Michigan navigate their mental health challenges and achieve a better quality of life. Serving patients across a wide age range, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, Jen offers a comprehensive approach to care that includes individual therapy and medication management. Jen is passionate about helping individuals struggling with ADHD, PTSD/trauma, and anxiety. In addition to her specialties, Jen has significant experience addressing issues related to childhood behavior concerns, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders. Outside of her practice, Jen enjoys indoor cycling, listening to podcasts, reading, and exploring forensic and true crime shows.
