Ron the office manager was very helpful and extremely patient when we explained to him about was charged for a visit that I had cancelled, he immediately apologized said he would take care of it right away and explained the process. The staff are extremely good listeners and are concerned for the best outcome of patient/physician care, when you have fears you can share them, because we all need reassurance that we are taking the proper steps w our health care, even when zoom doesn’t work they are patient and kind call the patient to hear their concerns. so back in 2021 i was in a sever accident that almost took my life then i got addicted to pain killers it was bad i would detox really bad several times then i got clean an sober an it was the best thing i have been clean an sober for 4 years so life stance has helped me to be a better father an husband they are very outstanding if you are going through something personal please reach out to life stance they will make you better
