I scheduled an appointment with Psychiatrist, Kim Johnson, for anxiety and depression. Let me tell you that I instantly felt a great relief off my shoulders upon meeting her. She is such a great listener and made me feel heard, seen, and comfortable. She was very empathetic with me, patient, kind, and compassionate. We went over treatment that included therapy and medication. I feel like I did the right thing seeking for help and with Kim Johnson, she provided a safe and non judgmental environment for me to vent and feel human. Thank you for your support and the services you provided.

Sessions with Kim are very enlightening and gives me a piece of mind and safe space to be honest. I greatly appreciated the way I'm allowed to speak openly with out judgment. Kim is extremely attentive and provided questions that made me see the truth in my life. It really feels great being heard. I feel like I am being served by a true professional. Dr. Kim Johnson has been such a positive support in my life. Even virtually, her beautiful aura shines through, and she always makes me feel heard, understood, and comfortable. I love that she respects my independence by letting me do my own research and taking the time to talk it through with me. She’s not a stuffy clinician; she has personality, takes the time to really know you, and makes the whole experience feel genuine and human. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable psychiatrist.

Psychiatrist Johnson is very caring and professional in her treatment. She is thoughtfully thorough in giving information about treatment options, and she actively listens to her patients. I would especially recommend her if you suspect you are on the ADHD spectrum but you are afraid of not being taken seriously due to a good academic record. She very well understands that someone can achieve while still severely struggling.

Dr. Johnson is amazing — one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, which unfortunately feels rare to find. She truly listens and is more than willing to work within what you feel comfortable pursuing in your care. She never pushes medication, but instead helps you reflect and determine what is best for you as a whole person with what you have going on in your life.
