I have had the best experience with Lifestance. Michaela (PMHNP) has always listened to what I have to say about my mental health journey and collaborates with me when we have made changes in my medications. She provides evidence and intended effects and asks my opinion on things before prescribing something. She has never abruptly discontinued any of my meds and respects my experiences as a patient as well as a person. She is holistic and well educated and I can always trust that she is assessing my care from every angle. As a patient with a complex history, I am always concerned that I won’t be heard due to past experiences with PMHNPs as well as Psychiatrists. I have never experienced that with her and I feel safe in her care which is absolutely huge for me. Any time mental health comes up in conversations and someone is looking for care for the first time or is frustrated with their current provider, I emphatically recommend Lifestance. Scheduling is a breeze. Finding a provider is easy; you have multiple providers to choose from who have bios explaining their specialties. If you need to be seen last minute, you get worked in, regardless of whether it is med management or counseling. Overall, Lifestance and its providers have greatly increased my quality of life and peace of mind. Thanks, Lifestance ❤️
