About Ashlyn Ratliff (She/Her)

Ashlyn Ratliff helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Ohio navigate mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a Nurse Practitioner and prescriber at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Ashlyn works with patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD while also offering support for a wide range of additional mental health concerns.

Ashlyn is especially passionate about helping individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that transitioning from inpatient care back to daily life can be challenging and believes that consistent, supportive follow-up care is essential for long-term stability and recovery. She partners closely with patients during this important stage, helping them establish treatment plans that promote resilience, symptom management, and overall well-being.

Her approach to care is collaborative, respectful, and focused on helping patients build practical skills for lasting success. In addition to medication management, she incorporates principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and faith-based treatment when appropriate to support each patient’s treatment journey. Ashlyn has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults and welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those involved in adoption or foster care, military veterans, and first responders. She also offers support for many additional specialties and areas of focus beyond those highlighted here.

Ashlyn began practicing in 2024 and earned her education through Northern Kentucky University, Hondros College of Nursing, and Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her clinical training has equipped her to provide thoughtful, patient-centered mental health care across a variety of settings and stages of life.

Outside of her professional life, Ashlyn enjoys spending time focused on her faith, health and wellness, fitness, and gardening. These interests reinforce her belief in the importance of balance, self-care, and personal growth as part of overall mental wellness.
