I have been going here since September. I am seeing Donna Moller and Lauren Barber. Lauren is fantastic. She listens and gives advice and respects me as a human being,and a person. Donna on the other hand can be very rude, sometimes has been very unprofessional. She has said on occasions shes ADD and that has been her reasoning for not getting my prescription filled or papers for a social security case in a timely manner. I've asked twice to see another provider. Trying to find proper, respectful helpful had been a task. I was called today and was told that they have no one else that will be see me. LifeStance has many providers and I was told that they have no one else. Why??? Edit******* I switched to a New NP . She has been wonderful to work with. I feel heard and also respected.

Hilary was amazing and understanding. I feel like she listens. I like that she includes relevant stories that allow me to link them to what I am going through. It makes me feel less alone and abnormal. I’m excited for our next meeting and want to figure out why I am the way I am. I am excited to practice being more mindful and living in the present.

If you’re doing online LifeStance Health on video call or doing an in-person session then you’re in good hands. The staff & members there are nice & respectful, they’re never rude & they’re understanding if you have to reschedule. 10/10 for me!
