He is especially honored to work with first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and military veterans, offering care that respects their diverse experiences and needs.
Michael also provides expert care for conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD/trauma. Utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, he helps clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life’s inevitable transitions. His integrated approach ensures that both medication and therapeutic strategies are tailored to meet each person’s unique circumstances.
Away from his practice, Michael enjoys rock climbing, playing guitar, golf, yoga, backpacking, and exploring new destinations through travel. These activities fuel his commitment to personal wellness and offer valuable perspective in his clinical work.
