This morning I had a virtual appointment with NP Michael Kesserling from LifeStance in Fairlawn and he's truly one of the best mental/behavioral health providers I've ever seen and believe me when I say that I've seen quite a few over the years, both good and bad but he truly is one of the best. He's kind, he's hilarious, he actually listens to you when you talk about whatever may be going on with you and then he will follow up with such great advice and he points you in the right direction and he's not afraid to prescribe medications if they are deemed necessary for your treatment. He's been perfect for me. And if it weren't for LifeStance I wouldn't have the opportunity to have him as a provider. So thank you to LifeStance so much and thank you NP Michael Kesserling for everything you've done for me!

Great, friendly staff and great professionals! Nikki listens to concerns, is understanding, and presents patients with multiple options for treatment and explains them in an easily digestable way before letting them decide what is best for them. Finding the right medication can be a nightmare, but she makes it simple and I've made 10x the progress in half of the time that I've spent with other psychiatrists. If you're considering medication for mental health support, be patient with yourself, take the plunge, and go to LifeStance!

I switched to this provider from a different one. Making my appt was easy. Forms are all digital, a plus. Office layout was comfortable for waiting and has an encouraging color scheme. I think that I'll enjoy add'l appts at this location. Intake appt was good & PsyMD seemed competent. All factors are plusses at this point! (that has Not been the case at other providers)

My therapist recently retired, my sister recommended lifestance. I seriously can not express how much better i felt after my appointment with Rachel. My shoulders haven’t felt this light in years. I can’t express how thankful I am to have found someone who is so willing and ready to help me and make me laugh along the way. This place is amazing.

I am floored with how great this place is. I called in after contacting 50+ places that offer similar services. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and the staff is excellent. I saw Mike Kesselring and have nothing but good things to say about his commitment to helping people. I’m happy I found this place!
