Mr. Ussai has helped me more than words can say over the last 4 years. I came to him at a very difficult time in my life and was not sure where to turn. My psychiatrist Mr. Ussai has been my favorite and wonderful for three years. He is caring what's best for my mental health. He provides me with wonderful American Sign Language interpreter. He always makes sure that I have ASL interpreter all the time. He's the best! :)
