Travis Chase is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2015. He obtained his first Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Nutrition and later went back to school completing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing with honors from his alma mater, Texas Christian University. He then graduated top of his class, earning his MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Samford University and Post-Master’s certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Regis College. Travis provides evidence-based psychiatric medication and psychotherapy treatment with a caring attitude that is patient-centered. Travis sees patients of all ages 6 and up, treating the broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, autistic spectrum, insomnia, psychosis, schizophrenia, intellectual disabilities, eating disorders, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorders

Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with family. He and his wife decided to move back to Pennsylvania to be closer to their first grandchild. Travis has also had a life-long passion for health and fitness, previously practicing mixed martial arts in his younger days.
